I. The Clients who are availing content support services
need to fill-in the Content Service Requisition Form, and sign a
legally
binding agreement stating/accepting that they respect,
uphold and adhere with the terms and conditions
II. All services charges to be paid in advance only
III. For websites, the Client must pay half of the
negotiated payment as service charges before start of work, and another
half
at the beginning of balance half of work
IV. The advance paid by the Client for website content will
not be returned / refunded, even in the event of - dissatisfaction
on the
part of the client of the content provided / termination of
work or contract by either parties [client or content service
provider]
V. The payment/service charges is per webpage / mainlink / sublink-wise only, with set limitation of pages/lines/words
on
MSWord [With 3 pages maximum on MSWord-Times Roman-12pt]
VI. 100 INR is charged for each webpage / hyperlink /
sublink of researched content, but there would be no extra charge when
the
client provides supporting content / reference websites
offering similar services that the client aims to offer
VII. Most important, the 3+3 formula applies, that is, for
every content delivered to you, you can suggest 3-time
accommodation of
changes within 3 days
VIII. The content service provider reserves the right to
terminate the content support service at any stage of content
development
process, when the Client is found to be indulging in any inappropriate/illegal practices, and misguiding/providing
wrong
information / scape-goating, that are contrary to accepted
norms established by Cyber Laws and rules of
India
IX. Scape-goating by the client will invite termination of
content support service with no prior notice, with no further
dealings with
the Client, and non-refund of service charges.
[Scape-goating means - when the client hires a freelance writer to cover-up /
facade the
mistakes made by his/her company's content writers, who may
be still working with the company or left the company]
X. Copy right and other legal matters will be restricted to
courts of law of
Hyderabad
only
XI. Plagiarism in any form is condemned. The content offered
to the Client is tested through www.articlechecker.com. Any
disputes
regarding the originality of content will come under the
purview of the Cyber Laws of
India.
