Each Associate should uphold and adhere the 3-ideals of Trust, Transparency & Confidentiality. Any violation of these ideals would

mean termination of all dealings with the concerned Associate Writer, immediately, without prior notice.

DIRECTION & MISSION

We are looking for seasoned & experienced online writers to represent us on REGIONAL BASIS across India.

To begin with, we want experienced writers to represent us at Noida, Delhi, Mathura, Lucknow, Patna, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Mumbai,

Goa, Bangalore, Cochin, Chennai, Pondicherry, Bhubaneshwar, Kolkata, Gawhati, & Bhopal.

There can be only one Associate for each Region. But, each Associate can be accorded work irrespective of the Regions they

represent. Also, an Associate Writer iof any Region may represent any other Region. Regional division of Writers is only for identity

and internal recognition & reward only.

Qualifying of more leads & more content work depends on set parameters of assessment (quality work, fairness in all client

dealings, transparency, upholding the 3-ideals, ability to deliver work on time, competitive nature, flexible and open mindedness)

Initially, our association will be on revenue-sharing / project basis only. Later, all the regional associates will be taken on the

rolls of our Institution, with the designation as Managers/Sr.Managers/VP - Content & Business Development.

Associate Writers: Terms & Benefits

1. Credibility and recognition of working for RISECO's Content Writer Hyderabad lead by Sanjay Nannaparaju, India's No.1 Content &

SEO Writer.

2. Only one Associate Writer for each Region.

3. Official mail IDs for day-to-day activities.

4. Content Writing Training & Development (in the near future).

5. Capacity to handle one lead minimum, and 5 leads maximum per month.

6. One month notice or completion of the last project to dis-associate with us.

7. Uniform content pricing or variation of content pricing on a case to case basis, mutually agreeable.

8. We are not responsible for your expenses incurred on maintenance of equipment, infrastructure or availing any services.

9. Sub-contracting of works to firms/ agencies/competitors dealing in content writing is not allowed.

10. As all writers report work activity on a common mail ID which is equally accessible by all Associate Writers, it creates

competitive environment, and fairness in all dealings between Associates and us.

11. We reserve the right to accord content work/leads to Associate writers or terminate work already given to an Associate Writer. If

a writer is found to be inefficient or unable to deliver content on time, the concerned writing project will be provided to another

capable writer.

12. All Associate Writers need to deliver work on time. There can be a grace period of 3 days for delivery of content, subject to

prior notice to us, with valid reasons for delay given to us in writing/mail.

13. Day to Day Work Status has to be reported by each Associate Writer through Google Docs only.

17. Each Associate should be online on GTalk twice every day between 10 AM to 5 PM and furnish one working mobile number.

18. At no instance Associates should indulge in actions like diverting clients, luring clients with lesser quotes, or any mischief that disturbs the original Associate's dealings with their respective client/clients.
