CONTENT SUPPORT 

Terms and conditions

I. The Clients who are availing content support services need to fill-in the Content Service Requisition Form, and sign a legally binding agreement stating/accepting that they respect, uphold and adhere with the terms and conditions

II. All services charges to be paid in advance only

III. For websites, the Client must pay half of the negotiated payment as service charges before start of work, and another half at the beginning of balance half of work

IV. The advance paid by the Client for website content will not be returned / refunded, even in the event of - dissatisfaction on the part of the client of the content provided / termination of work or contract by either parties [client or content service provider]

V. The payment/service charges is per webpage / mainlink / sublink-wise only, with set limitation of pages/lines/words on MSWord [With 3 pages maximum on MSWord-Times Roman-12pt]

VI. 100 INR is charged for each webpage / hyperlink / sublink of researched content, but there would be no extra charge when the client provides supporting content / reference websites offering similar services that the client aims to offer

VII. Most important, the 3+3 formula applies, that is, for every content delivered to you, you can suggest 3-time accommodation of changes within 3 days

VIII. The content service provider reserves the right to terminate the content support service at any stage of content development process, when the Client is found to be indulging in any inappropriate/illegal practices, and misguiding/providing wrong information / scape-goating, that are contrary to accepted norms established by Cyber Laws and rules of India

IX. Scape-goating by the client will invite termination of content support service with no prior notice, with no further dealings with the Client, and non-refund of service charges. [Scape-goating means - when the client hires a freelance writer to cover-up / facade the mistakes made by his/her company's content writers, who may be still working with the company or left the company]

X. Copy right and other legal matters will be restricted to courts of law of Hyderabad only

XI. Plagiarism in any form is condemned. The content offered to the Client is tested through www.plagiarismchecker.com. Any disputes regarding the originality of content will come under the purview of the Cyber Laws of India.

VENDOR SERVICES 

Terms and conditions 

  

  1. You can avail the services of the writer/writers and editor/editors for a minimum work period of 2 months / 8 weeks, at a time, which will be extendable every 2 months / 8 weeks.
  2. 2 months / 8 weeks is the minimum initial mandatory period for availing our Vendor services
  3. Writer/Editor with the right profile and experience initially works the company for Trial 2 work-days, with timing of content/editing work from 9AM to 5PM only. This will be a trial period, later to which you can sign the agreement and hire the writer for 2 months/8 weeks. The company has to pay in advance the remuneration for the Trial 2 work-days
  4. If you are not satisfied with the writer/editor’s performance at work, not able to fulfill tasks or works assigned to him, you could ask for a replacement, which can be either after Trial 2 work-days at the start of Vendor service, or after two months of work by the writer/editor at your company
  5. Every 2 months / 8 weeks, you have to pay-in-advance the remuneration for content writing/editing support to the Vendor Services provider
  6. Under no condition the remuneration paid in advance for writing/editing support is returned or adjusted towards running or future Vendor services
  7. If the writer/editor working with the company leaves without notice to either to the company or Vendor, it is the obligation of the Vendor to arrange for a replacement
  8. Liability of Vendor services is limited to the negotiated period of agreement/2 months [starting from the day the writer reports to work] only
  9. Writer/Editor sent to you, must be provided the same benefits and privileges [holidays, access to places of common use, cabin space, system with needful software installed and refreshments] offered to regular employees of the company
  10. Exceptional writers/editors can be absorbed by your firm/taken into pay-roll only after the 2 months initial mandatory period
  11. The Vendor services availing company has to send feedback on the performance of the writer/editor every month/4 weeks. Taking this feedback into consideration, a review is conducted every month of writers/editors performance in the company. The dates/timing of these monthly reviews will be decided mutually, by the Vendor services provider and the company
  12. Any matters of concern relating to work, performance, and inter-personal relations have to be settled in a friendly and congenial environment. The Vendor takes no responsibility if the writer/editor causes damage / harm to infrastructure of the company
  13. All matters that have a legal bearing are restricted to the Courts of Law of Hyderabad [Andhra Pradesh, India] only
